Wine Naiara Malbec Traditional 2008
Intense red color. Aromas of cassis, ripe cherry with a background of mint and eucalyptus, smooth, mature and well-integrated tannis with further aromas of ripe fruit and spice. Nicely concentrated, balanced and round with finesse on the finish. Varietal: 100 % Malbec. Vineyards: Between 10 and 15 years, located in Vistalba, Pedriel and Medrano (Mendoza). Hand-harvested: During the last week of March an first week of April. Density: 4000 plants/ha. Maceration: cold maceration during 10 days aprox. Fermentation: 21 days, at temperatures lower than 29 C. Aging: in french oak barrels for a period of 3 months.
