Wine Palo Alto Grand Reserve Malbec Vinification: grapes were destemmed and crushed. 100% cold maceration before fermentation and delestages. 10 days of fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 25-29ºC. Maceration after fermentation. Natural malolactic fermentation. Ageing process: in French and American oak barrels for 14 months. Bottle Ageing for 12 months. Colour: purple red with blue tones Aromas: plenty of ripe and soft red fruits, notes of vanilla, And coffee Palate: powerful on the palate with elegant tannins
