Natural malolactic fermentation. Ageing process: in French and American oak barrels for 9 months. Bottle Ageing for 6 months. Colour: intense dark purple red Aromas: plenty of ripe red and black fruit, black pepper, green pepper, notes of chocolate, and coffee. Palate: Elegant and powerful,. It fills the palate leaving a wide and long-staying aftertaste. Its aging in new barrels reinforces its elegance without covering its fruity characteristics
