Wine Naiara Malbec Gran Reserva 2007
Wine of a deep, clear and bright red. Typical aromas of Malbec accompanied by elegant notes of oak. A foster malbec. Varietal: 100 % Malbec. Vineyards: Over 60 years, located in Lunlunta, Lujan de Cuyo and San Carlos, Valle de Uco (Mendoza). Hand-harvested. Density: 5500/6000 plants/ha. Maceration: cold maceration for approximately 8 days at 5 C. Fermentation: with natural yeast. Malolactic Fermentation: In barrels. Aging: Wine is aged in French oak barrels for a period of 22 months (first use barrels). Limited production: 5000 bottles.
