Palo Alto's main concern is not a mass production we rather assess growth in terms of quality and the addition of terroirs´ potentials. Even though our production capacity is of 1.900.000 litres, we are devoted to elaborating high-quality reduced lots.
Our winery remains faithful to the traditional Mendocinean style, with its high adobe walls, cane and wood rooftops, altogether within its old building structure.
Tradition is enhanced in Palo Alto by the latest technology, an outstanding laboratory, the exhaustive control of temperatures and a smart use of our old concrete vats, leaving nothing to chance. In addition, our finest wines are aged in American and French oak barrels, sheltered in our underground cellar.

Tupungato is located at 1200 meters (4000 feets) above sea level in the Uco Valley, province of Mendoza, the land where the best quality wines are produced.
This region is characterized by an ideal microclimate for slow fruit ripening, with sharp contrasts between daytime and nighttime temperatures, which enable wines to reach its utmost expression.
