Argentina Wine Coiron Malbec OAK Vinification: Grapes were destemmed and crushed. Maceration before fermentation. 15 days of fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 25-29ºC. and a long maceration (32 days). 100% of the volume is aged for 4 months in second use french (40%) and american (60%) oak barrels. Bottle Ageing for 6 months. Colour: Deep red with violet hues. Aromas: Plenty of ripe and soft red fruit, good fruit concentration, with coffe and leather aromas due to its pass through oak. Palate: Rich flavor, balanced and full bodied with sweet tannins.
